Home Service Details
When our technician arrives at your home, they will ring the doorbell or knock to let you know they are there. You can come out to the car, or just point them to the vehicle and hand over the key or fob. If the car is in a garage, the technician may ask you to open the garage door for ventilation and access to the battery compartment (some battery locations require full hood opening clearance).
The technician works independently — you do not need to supervise, assist, or provide anything. All tools, equipment, batteries, and supplies are in the service vehicle. The work takes about 20 minutes: diagnostic test, battery swap, terminal cleaning, system test. When complete, the technician will knock again (or text you, if you prefer) to let you know the job is done, show you the test results if you are interested, and collect payment.
Your driveway or parking spot is left clean. We do not leave parts, tools, packaging, or mess. The old battery goes in a containment case in our truck. Any acid residue from the old battery is neutralized on site. If we needed to move anything to access your vehicle (trash cans, bicycle, basketball hoop), we put it back. The goal is for your home to look exactly the same as when we arrived, except your car now starts.
